2:27 PM, Horseplay! *update*

1:20 pm - The Results:
- Overall Friendly Check: Perfect! She enjoys the rubs and scratches from the CS & SS.
- Porcupine FQ: Wow! We got four whole steps! That is double my original goal and half of a circle.
- Driving Zone 1 Backwards: It started out with her giving me a " Just what are you doing?" kind of look. Then I tapped her nose and she stepped backwards out of shock. I smiled, relaxed and waited. It took her about ten seconds to start licking her lips. With a little repetition I got four steps backwards.
Lady stepped on the 12 ft line and it pulled her head down, causing her to totally freak out.
When she had calmed down, I started working on lowering her head using pressure on the lead.
She was okay with it until I asked her to bring her head down past her knees.
She started to jerk her head back up. But I held tight and she licked her lips, brought her head down and pretty soon a pinky's amount of pressure had her bringing her head all the way down and then she'd start eating grass.
There was a lot of lip licking and sighing today from both parties! Really brought my spirits up.
I'm off to the lake with my friend Amy and her Lab, Charlie. Beautiful day for it! ;)

Bailey is a 9ish year old Paint gelding and is the newest addition to our little herd.
